Yes. All Speed Queen locations offer free, dedicated customer parking within a few steps of the entrance.

Our stores are self-service and unmanned during normal hours, but our support line is monitored 7am–10pm every day if you need help.

Most wash cycles take around 35 minutes. Cycle times may vary depending on the programme selected and the  weight of your load.

No — non-bio detergent and fabric softener are automatically dispensed with every wash, included in the price.

We offer 8kg, 14kg and 18kg washing machines, along with 18kg dryers. Whether you're washing everyday laundry, bedding or larger household items, there's a machine size to suit your load.

Yes. Our 14kg and 18kg washing machines are ideal for larger items such as duvets and curtains. Always check the care label to ensure your items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying, and follow the manufacturer's washing and drying instructions before use.

Yes. Many customers choose to leave while their laundry is washing or drying. Our app can notify you when your cycle is nearly complete. Please collect your laundry promptly, as Speed Queen is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged while left unattended in the launderette.

Choose from three cashless options: contactless card, mobile phone (Apple Pay / Google Pay) or the Speed Queen app with pre-loaded credit.

No. All Speed Queen stores are fully cashless for security reasons.

Prices start at €6 for a 8kg wash. Full pricing for each machine size is displayed on the homepage and inside every store.

If you experience an issue while using our launderette, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll be happy to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a refund.

Yes — when you use the app to pay.

Earn 1 point for every €1 you spend through the Speed Queen app. Once you reach 25 points, you'll receive €2.50 in reward credit, which can be redeemed against a future wash or dry cycle.

No — you can walk in and pay contactlessly. An account is only required if you want to use app payments, loyalty rewards and cycle notifications.

If you start your machine through the Speed Queen app and opt in to receive notifications, we'll send you a reminder when your wash or dry cycle is nearlycomplete.

Login to the Speed Queen app, select your location and tap Add Funds. You can top up your account using a saved payment card or Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Selected stores have a separate Pet Zone with washers reserved for pet bedding, blankets and clothing — never mixed with regular laundry.

Well-behaved pets on a lead are welcome. For everyone's comfort, please keep pets out of the main laundry area.

Yes. Every Pet Zone wash includes pet-friendly detergent, so you can simply load your pet laundry and start your wash.

Not at the moment. In the meantime, we recommend using the Speed Queen app to earn loyalty points, make payments and easily track your laundry spend. We're always looking at ways to improve our services, so keep an eye out for future updates.

Absolutely. Many businesses use our launderettes for their day-to-day laundry, including holiday accommodation providers, salons, barbers, gyms, sports clubs, pet businesses and more. Large-capacity machines and the Speed Queen app make it easy to manage regular laundry.
